THE METROPOLITAN MUSEUM OF ART

The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City is the largest art museum in the United States and is among the most visited art museums in the world. Its permanent collection contains over two million works. Acoustiguide equips the Museum with an inventory of 1,000 Opus+ units, shared across the Met’s two locations: The Met Fifth Avenue and The Met Cloisters.

  • Through its on-site staff training program, white-glove maintenance service, and intuitive and easy-to-use Opus+ devices, Acoustiguide facilitated an increase in the Museum’s take-up rate of devices and revenue stream.

  • Acoustiguide has written and produced multiple hours of content for the Museum’s permanent collection and ongoing temporary exhibitions.

  • Acoustiguide translated the Director’s Tour into six languages.
