THE GRAND PALAIS

The Grand Palais in Paris offers visitors a rich and diversified program of events in its enormous 250,000 square feet exhibition spaces and draws an audience of over 1.5 million visitors per year. Acoustiguide SAS manages audio tour services for all of the site’s major temporary art exhibitions, including content, translations, equipment, staffing and management.

  • The tour is typically offered in three languages, but we have translated tour content into every language spoken in the European Union — all 24 of them.

  • The Grand Palais has an inventory of 500 units (a combination of Opus Click and iPod 6 devices) with Acoustiguide’s proprietary wireless charging rack. The variety of players means our staff can tailor the device to each visitor. Also available are iPad Minis for kids’ tours, and 500 receivers and transmitters for group guiding.

  • Acoustiguide staffs special events, including blockbuster exhibits where the museum is open 24 hours a day.
